Seminar goals
The management of perishable food wholesale markets requires its own conditions due to the different materials or waste that are generated here , from remains of fruit and vegetables, fish, meat, to plastic, wood or cardboard among others .
The framework of the conference aims to share knowledge, presenting some of the existing solutions in the field of biotechnology that can improve the management of agro-food waste and at the same time create high-value products that can be used in the food industry, pharmacy , cosmetics, agriculture, packaging or even biofuels.
In addition to this, environmental management experiences will be shared between the two main wholesale markets in the Valencia region
