EU Green Week Partner Events – A Sunday for the Earth

An open day at the “Center of the Earth”, an urban garden located 6km from the center of Athens, full of workshops, awareness activities, and info sessions celebrating world environment day 2022. The program includes workshops on sustainable consumption and food waste, urban green, promotion of the 3 Rs (reuse-repurpose-recycle) and nature conservation, info-sessions on environmental challenges in the cities, social organic cooking, and kids’ awareness activities. The day’s program will conclude with the celebration for the earth, marking the beginning of a series of summer environmental awareness activities at the “Center of the Earth”.
