Join us for an interactive virtual policy exchange between representatives from the European Commission, Europe’s Technology Industries and an NGO on the impact of the proposal for a Regulation establishing a framework for setting ecodesign requirements for sustainable products adopted by the Commission on 30 March 2022.
The proposed Regulation aims to reduce the negative life cycle environmental impacts of products and improve the functioning of the internal market, while benefitting from efficient digital solutions. The proposal from the Commission also includes creating digital product passports which will gather data on products along the value chain.
