Hlib Mikhno is a Ukrainian professional on climate and energy transition.

Serves as European Climate Pact Ambassador in Ukraine, as well as Decarbonisation Analyst on the green energy transformation of Ukraine's largest oil and gas company Naftogaz.

He has experience in the areas of policy analysis, the European Green Deal, climate and energy diplomacy, project management, development of decarbonisation programs in both public and private sectors, international organizations.

Hlib graduated from Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and earned a Master's Degree with honours in Environment and Energy Security, writing his thesis on oil & gas majors in transition towards climate neutrality.
