EU Ecolabel Success Story - Tourist Accommodation (2018)

The Camping Espace Blue Ocean is recognised as a model for sustainable camping in the tourism industry. In May 2017, the camping site was even selected by the European Commission to represent EU Ecolabel tourist accommodations during the ‘High Level Conference on sustainable tourism’. The 6-hectare campsite near Ondres, which offers 60 cabins for rent as well as a wide array of leisure activities, was awarded the EU Ecolabel in 2009.
