The Commission has adopted a Regulation, updating and amending Regulation (EC) No 1418/2007 on the export of green-listed waste to non-OECD countries. This updated new Regulation provides up-to-date information on the regime applied by third countries that are not members of the OECD for the import of green-listed waste into their territory. The Commission has been in contact with all of these countries and has drawn up the Regulation based on their responses. The Regulation implements the provisions of the Waste Shipment Regulation on export of green-listed waste to non-OECD countries.
