Why is biodiversity important to business sustainability?

We need to change the way we measure business success – away from financial returns only – and follow a more holistic approach. I would suggest a very simple model: the three Ps or PPP. We need to look after the people, the planet and the profit.

André Hoffmann, Vice Chairman of Roche Holding, Switzerland
Andre Hoffmann

More and more businesses are recognising both the risks and opportunities associated with biodiversity loss and are taking meaningful actions for a more equitable, nature-positive world.

At Brussels Beer Project, we’ve been working on circular economy for almost a decade with Babylone, the first beer made with recycled bread & other projects. Yet, we realize it’s not nearly enough. We owe our planet, our community & our staff to boost our impact & environmental actions. And we can only do it collectively. Beer comes from land & water, it’s our duty to harm less & help more.
