Cities Mission Conference 2024

Valencia, the 2024 European Green Capital and a signatory of the Green City Accord (GCA), will host the third Cities Mission Conference. 

The theme of this year’s edition is "Empowering Cities – the Climate Neutral and Smart Cities Mission in Action". The event, organised by the European Commission and Mission Platform, will bring together political representatives and experts from 112 Mission Cities. The conference aims to highlight the achievements of the Mission Cities, emphasizing the importance of cooperation among different levels of government and the involvement of national platforms. It also aims to encourage knowledge sharing, capacity building, and collaboration towards climate neutrality.
