Green Cities Spotlights

Cities leading Europe’s green transition

Green Cities Spotlights showcases how cities across Europe are driving the green transition through concrete local action.

Through this initiative, cities participating in the Green City Accord (GCA) and the European Green Capital and Green Leaf Awards (EGCL) can share inspiring projects, innovative solutions, and measurable environmental impact.

Featured stories may be highlighted through articles, social media, newsletters, and other Green Cities communication channels.

Cities are invited to submit their initiatives all year round.
